“Carte in Tavola”, the final stage of the Erasmus+ project Pitch Perfect, held in Milan from 16 to 18 June 2025.
Three days of workshops and project results sharing for Pitch Perfect
A heartfelt thank you to all the participants — counselors, tutors, and psychologists, both in training and already in the field!
The goal of the three-day event was to offer Pitch Perfect’s target groups — some of whom had already taken part in previous workshops — an experiential learning space to deepen tools and approaches related to LGBTIQA+ inclusion, conscious communication, and active listening.
During the workshops, participants worked directly with:
the illustrated card deck developed within the project: a visual and conceptual tool designed to stimulate reflection, role-play, and communication scenarios;
the operational manual “Words Matter”, used as a basis for analyzing the thematic units and for carrying out several guided exercises included in the publication.
The activities focused on:
active listening techniques and non-judgmental communication;
thematic exercises (individual and group) taken from the manual;
simulations and analysis of real educational situations;
guided reflections on identity, language, and inclusion, with a special focus on the role of the professional as an affirmative facilitator.
Participants had the opportunity to test the cards in simulated contexts and to discuss how they might be applied in their own professional settings. The final discussion session gathered feedback and suggestions on the effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed tools across different contexts (education, training, counseling, group dynamics).
The public closing event offered a summary of the project’s journey and an official presentation of the materials produced, including printed copies of the manual.
All project materials — including the manual, card deck, and educational slides — will be made available online via the partners’ websites and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
